Forget Candy & Flowers...Look What I got Instead!!!

Hubby and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary on April 29th.  He got me the most beautiful pink tulips ever.  And instead of getting me more flowers and candy for Mother's Day (which was not even a week and a half later) he decided to get these for me instead.  Boy, does he know me or what?  I guess after being married as long as we have it's really no surprise he would know exactly what I would want.  :)

He thought it was about time that I retired my old cheapo dollar store mini hot glue gun and the lowest level staple gun ever made to man.   He replaced them with a much improved upgraded more professional mini hot glue gun and a combo staple & nail gun. Thank you, honey!  Isn't he sweet?!  But what I was really most excited about was getting this!

Yup!  My very own Kreg Jig.  Technically, this was supposed to have been an anniversary gift for both of us.  But hubby said this was in addition to my Mother's Day gifts.  Details.  Details.  I am just happy that WE now own one.  He knew I really wanted this after I saw it for the first time being demonstrated not too long ago on Young House Love.  And I know for a fact that hubby will definitely be using this little baby too.  I seriously can't wait for us to use it!  My mind is spinning thinking of all the awesome projects we can make with this thing.
